13 to 7 pin converter

Can someone point me to a link for a 13 to 7pin converter for

1. Ocean t6.1
2. Standard factory fit tow hook
3. Thule bike rack

I have tried two now and they don't fit they all seem to be female rather than male.

We have a factory fitted towbar on our 6.1 and a Thule Velospace XT3 bike rack and don’t need an adapter. Surprised you do. Anyway lots of choices on the web i.e. Amazon

Am I right in thinking your 6.1 has 13 pin female plug fitted to tow bar and your bike rack has 7 pin male plug? Or is it the other way around?

Please correct me if I’m wrong but I (and I believe GG too) have the same configuration: 6.1, factory fitted tow bar and Thule bike rack and no converter is needed. It is odd to connect to begin with as you have to introduce the connector offset and push and twist at the same time to seat it correctly.

If, as @Azteccamper said, there is a 13-pin socket on the campervan and a 7-pin plug on the bike rack, it is the same problem I had with my car. I, too, bought the wrong adapter to start with! Eventually, I found this at Halfords: https://www.halfords.com/motoring/t...s/ring-13-to-7-plug-in-adaptor-x2-197502.html That was some years ago and, now, they also seem to do this: https://www.halfords.com/motoring/t...ries/ring-13-to-7-plug-in-adapter-197494.html, which looks neater.

13 pin Adapter plugs in with a twist/turn motion to lock in not a push in as per the 7 pin plug.
Might not be the problem but...
