we have trobolo wandago and never feel the need to use the lid. However, like the higher sitting position that you will not have on the lite version.Yes thats the puppy. i had someone video a review for me before parting with cash. She has a wandago and the things she didn’t like were the bits that are not on the lite. My only concern is the lack of lid on the solids section
That’s good to know. I am happy with squatting so should all be good for me. It’s due on Thursday and will be coming to the Isle of Wight with us on Fridaywe have trobolo wandago and never feel the need to use the lid. Those are some tidy shelves!Today got a towel drying rail (other wet clothes will dry too on it) and a small 10m hose pipe that fits nicely next to my works Hoover in the rear storage shelves. No metal parts on the drying rail thing so can’t scratch anything. Also the hooky things are adjustable so you can hook them over the front or rear seats so you could leave things to dry in the Cali while you are out and about or even at night time with the auxiliary heater on. Obviously leave a window slightly open to avoid condensation

Cadac 2 Cook. Excellent bit of kit.
Snap bought it a couple of weeks ago from GO outdoors with a 30% off voucher.
I was aware of the quick connector, but not the other one…can you send me the link of both just in case ? Thanks !!!Snap bought it a couple of weeks ago from GO outdoors with a 30% off voucher.
looks like an improvement on my previous stove, the cooking plates will save bringing a couple of frying pans. Yet to be used in anger, but test run on a kettle of water worked well .
made a small mod,
swapped the angled gas tube connector for a Cadac quick release Straight coupling, which makes storage of the area and tube in the underside void possible
also straight quick release brass fitting in the hose near the Regulator (approx 150mm from the reg) so connection to the bottle is easier.

The bin that looks and feels like it’s been provided by VW specifically for the California. Brabantia size A bags (3 litres) fit perfectly.

I’d be wary about hanging it on the open door. What if someone inside closes it? YikesToday got a towel drying rail (other wet clothes will dry too on it) and a small 10m hose pipe that fits nicely next to my works Hoover in the rear storage shelves.
