Posts seem to have ‘strayed’ from should she/he trade up to a new 4WD through desire and need, to the financing of the purchase and profit /loss risks..
The ‘end of the line’ has really unearthed all sorts of decision making.
‘Desire’, all of us who have one, wanted one.
‘Need’, some of us may indeed veer into the ‘Great Widerness’, although in our experience not many and some may even get stuck, with or without 4WD.
Who amongst us hasn’t, once living with something, thought “ah, that would be better”, I’m forever seeing those thoughts on this forum.
But for some of us it’s merely ‘it’s ours, let’s keep it and enjoy’….. the shortcomings are sometimes fun … lol
