Awning split in Spain!

We are currently in Northern Spain on day 1 of our holiday and our wind out awning has split on the seam about 12 inches. We have 3 weeks travelling planned through Spain and Portugal so need a temp solution to glue it together and see us through … anyone any ideas or experience of this? Van is 2015 California

Oh Dear I’m afraid you are not the first or last. I’m not sure if you can get it in Spain but if you can find Stormsure Adhesive The best.
What ever you do don’t use Superglue as once applied there is no changing your mind.
As a temporary solution you can try Gorilla tape top and bottom .

If you’re by the coast and see a marina there’s usually a chandler’s nearby selling sail repair tape. Top and bottom fix should be strong and flexible.
