Have sent in many requests for assistance, but to no avail so far, perhaps someone know if there's something I can fix myself?

Go to google and in the search box type https://vwcaliforniaclub.com/ "your search term"

Not perfect, but gets you away.

It will be fixed eventually.

The site is hosted by a partner AFAIK, not the admins, so they are at the mercy of their support teams.
